For Touch 5 web app to work properly follow these instructions and the corresponding images to install. At the end of the instructions click on the install button
1. Go to http://www.cometocalvary.com/touch5.html to install the app
2. Click on the icon to add the app to your home screen
3. Click on the add to Home Screen icon
4. Click on the add button in the upper left corner. You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and the app will now be added to your home screen.
