The Apostolic Ministry focuses on: Administrative, Finance, Maintenance, Events and Human Resources. The ministry is responsible for the careful oversight and coordination of all church events, commitments and activities that directly reflects on the competence of the organization.

The Financial Team is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of the Church’s financial planning, recording and reporting functions in order to provide the support necessary that will enable Calvary to fulfill its mission, vision and goals.
Team Leader – Bro. Dave Martin
The Administrative Team works closely with representatives of each ministry to anticipate ministerial needs and create a client focused center of excellence to meet dynamic needs of clients. With an in-depth understanding of Calvary operations, strategic vision for touch5 initiative and growth of membership, the Administrative Officer continually evaluates services to ensure that delivery meets the evolving needs of Calvary.
The Human Resources Team’s responsibility is to identify the gifts and talents of the members as a whole and appropriately place individuals to serve in areas that fit their talents and giftedness. Our goal is to continually engage every member in ministry by recruiting and retaining a diverse group of servant leaders who will help lead a broad base of ministry opportunities across all areas of the church.
Team Leader – Sis. Nicole Gilroy
The Maintenance Ministry is made up of several teams that provide an efficient flow of maintaining the facilities and ensuring that all activities are catered to. These activities range from beautifying, decorating, cleaning, repairs and responding to ad hoc requirements that might occur or based upon the discretion of Leadership.
